Material Procurement

According to the determined design plan and process requirements, purchase the required raw materials, such as fabrics, accessories, components, etc. Conduct quality inspections on the purchased raw materials to ensure that the quality of the materials meets the customization requirements, such as the texture, color, and color fastness of the fabrics, and the durability of the accessories.
Sample Making

Professional pattern makers will make patterns according to the design drawings to determine the style and size specifications of the hats. Sample makers will make hat samples using the selected materials according to the patterns and process requirements. Strictly control the quality during the production process to ensure that the samples can accurately present the design effect.
Sample Confirmation

Deliver the completed samples to the customers. Customers will conduct a comprehensive inspection and try-on of the samples in terms of appearance, size, material, process, etc., and put forward modification opinions. Adjust and optimize the samples according to the customer feedback until the customers are completely satisfied with the samples.

Our own laboratory is equipped with professional engineers and analysts who will conduct inspections such as tensile tests, color fastness tests, bending tests and drop floor test according to customer requirements.

WarehousingPackaging and Warehousing

Pack the qualified products. Select appropriate packaging materials and methods according to the customer's needs, such as individual packaging, dozen packaging, or full-case packaging, etc. We can also provide flexible and creative packaging and support mixed packaging services, etc., and mark product information, customer logos, etc. on the packaging. Store the packaged products in the warehouse and wait for shipment.
